🩺 OUR HEALTH COMMITMENT

From birth, each puppy is raised under close supervision with careful attention to their physical development, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

Before joining their new home, every puppy:

  • Receives a thorough veterinary examination

  • Is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Undergoes routine deworming

  • Is monitored for proper growth and development

We do not release any puppy unless we are fully confident in their health and readiness.

📋 72-HOUR INITIAL HEALTH GUARANTEE

We provide a 72-hour general health guarantee from the moment your puppy arrives.

During this time, you are required to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. This ensures that your puppy has arrived in good health and allows your vet to establish an early care plan.

If a serious health issue is identified within this period:

  • You must notify us immediately

  • A written report from a licensed veterinarian must be provided

We will work with you in a fair and supportive manner to address the situation appropriately.

🧬 EXTENDED GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

We offer an extended guarantee covering hereditary and genetic conditions.

Because we carefully select our breeding dogs based on health history and strong bloodlines, the likelihood of genetic issues is significantly reduced. However, in the rare event that a serious hereditary condition arises:

  • The condition must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian

  • Documentation must clearly indicate a genetic origin

  • The issue must not be caused by injury, neglect, or environmental factors

We are committed to handling such cases responsibly and with integrity.

🍽 OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, proper care of the puppy is essential.

This includes:

  • Providing high-quality nutrition

  • Keeping vaccinations and veterinary visits up to date

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stress-free environment

  • Following basic care and health guidelines

❗ CONDITIONS NOT COVERED

While we stand behind the health of our puppies, certain conditions fall outside the scope of this guarantee:

  • Illnesses or injuries caused after the puppy leaves our care

  • Conditions resulting from improper care or neglect

  • Minor, manageable conditions common in young puppies

  • Stress-related symptoms due to environmental changes

  • Treatable parasites or common non-genetic issues

These factors are part of normal pet ownership and are not reflective of the puppy’s initial health.
